The Innovation Hub Limited ("we", "us") operates Brand Ready at workshop.innov8tionhub.com. This notice explains how we process personal data under Jamaica's Data Protection Act, 2020.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), business snapshot (business name, description, industry, phone, website, social links), workshop progress and AI-generated drafts you refine, consultation booking interest, and optional marketing preferences.
Why we process it
- Provide the Brand Ready workshop and AI-assisted drafts
- Send service emails about incomplete modules or account access
- With your separate opt-in: market our own packages and strategy calls (direct marketing)
- Improve the product and support coaches reviewing your progress
AI processing
Answers you provide are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate branding and marketing drafts. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal data about third parties.
Processors & transfers
We use Clerk (auth), Convex (database), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI), and TidyCal (booking). Some processing occurs outside Jamaica. We only use these services to run Brand Ready.
Direct marketing
We will not send marketing emails about paid packages or promotions unless you opt in. You can unsubscribe any time via the link in those emails or by contacting us. Workshop service reminders are not marketing.
Retention
We keep workshop and lead records for the active cohort plus up to 24 months, unless you request deletion sooner or law requires longer. Waitlist entries are kept only to notify you of available seats.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or object to direct marketing. Email hello@innov8tionhub.com with the subject "Data protection request". We aim to respond within 30 days.
